Litter Crew Finds Remnants Of Meth Lab
A litter crew notified law enforcement officials Tuesday when they stumbled upon remnants of a meth lab.
The TDOT crew was collecting litter along Rabbit Trail Road around 10:30 a.m. when they noticed a gas generator and tubing lying on the side of the roadway.
Agents with the Lawrenceburg Police Department responded to the scene to collect the components. The items were removed, then later collected by members of the Tennessee Meth Task Force for disposal.
Agents report that the workers were not exposed to any hazardous substances.
